We refer to your earlier forwarded information for job engagement with relation to GULF MARINE SERVICES -UAE.
After evaluation of your Resume/Job Application; other relevant data and having satisfied the recruitment procedure
earlier adopted by the members of our HR Team, we found you qualified to work with our Team.
Hence, GULF MARINE SERVICES -UAE seek to employ your services as an expatriate for a regular full-time position
with our Company.
THIS DOCUMENT EMBODIES THE APPROVED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EMPLOYMENT
Monthly Salary You will be eligible to receive AED 38,500 (Thirty Eight Thousand Five Hundred UAE Dirhams
only) Basic Monthly.
Overtime Payment of overtime, for overtime eligible positions, you will be paid for all hours worked in excess.
Hours of Work The companys core hours of operation are 9.00 AM to 12.NOON (BREAK) START AGAIN (2PM TILL
6.00PM), Work days Sunday Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays are holidays.

You shall be expected to work with a team of prime experienced project personnels with the mandate to provide
excellent services.
B.4 FAMILY STATUS (YOU CAN RELOCATE TO UAE TOGETHER WITH YOUR FAMILY)
Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early
notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
All Employees are entitled to One (1) month Paid Leave per year which can be taken once at a time or twice apart one
different period. Travel shall be by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary.
However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/excess
baggage allowance.
Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during
Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will re-imburse the
Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employees expense Report and Receipts as proofs
of such Expenses.
Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Visa costs and Expenses made by Employee. The agreement hereby
binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense
Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
Should you wish to resign OR terminate your employment with us, you will be required to provide 90 days (3 months)
written notice to enable us transition your work.
Termination for Cause, Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or
repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a
default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon
presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on journey to assume duty. This is to
enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of
duty relating to default.
Employees (Expatriates) are to note that ONE MONTH UPFRONT SALARY are paid as soon as Employees Procure and
Process the relevant UAE Traveling Papers, Resident/ Work Permit Documents from the ACON TRAVELS AND TOURS
LLC UAE, and submit it to the Human Resources Department of GULF MARINE SERVICES for Verification.
All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UAE shall be paid into employees account locally.
C.4 BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION
All Employees are expected to reside at the Companys Staff estate.
There are Single and Family Flat Duplex Accommodation.
Brand New car, for employees use during contract.
Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.
In case of local dishes, we have Chefs from various countries to handle such.
All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety
and environment experts.
All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet
and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Oil & Gas Sector.
Hence any expenses incurred by employee during the processing of his documents shall be refunded to the candidate
after 5 working days of concluding all Immigration/Labour UAE arrangement.

Note that all U.A.E based employees' are to report personally to our office with identification materials for signing
and collection of hard copy of their contract documents. This is in line with the expatriate statuary law of the United
Arab Emirates.
Please note that our official travelling Consultant ACON TRAVELS AND TOURS LLC UAE will be handling your travel
needs, including work/Resident permit papers, Visa procurement and transfers within the United Arab Emirates.
Note that you will be responsible for your travel expenses, and GULF MARINE SERVICES-UAE will refund only travel
expenses made through our travel agency to you. This reason is to have a confirmation of your availability and as a
proof of your seriousness and commitment to join our working team.
Please take the time to carefully review our offer; this offer agreement is governed by the laws of United Arab
Emirates and Gulf Marine Services- UAE.
If the Offer is acceptable by you kindly sign and send back to us the last page of the offer letter by email, as a
confirmation of acceptance, also send a copy your signed last page to ACON TRAVELS AND TOURS LLC UAE through
their Email: workpermit@acontravelsllc.com
