Introduction:
***What is Satan’s main “weapon” and what is the main sin of those who are doing what he wants? Think about his talk
with Adam’s wife and his talk with Jesus Christ in the wilderness, and then about the following passages.
John 8:42-47 1 Timothy 4:1-3
Acts 5:3 2 Thessalonians 2:8-12
***The previous truths about Satan are probably why the Apostle Paul put truth as the first thing to think about and the
first piece of spiritual armor to frequently put on. The other things in the following two lists are also important so several
orders could have been done.
Philippians 4:8
Ephesians 6:10-14a
John 18:37-38
***What are the two kinds of truth? What are their contents?
1 John 2:21
James 3:13-18
1 Corinthians 1:17-2:16 (also Isaiah 29:14)
4
***So what should individuals do to obtain God’s truths?
John 1:14-17
John 3:17-21
(See also John 1:4-6 & John 9:4-5; John 8:11-14, John 12:34-36, & John 12:44-48.)
1 John 1:5-10 John 15:26 2 Thessalonians 2:13-15
John 8:31-36 1 John 5:5-8 Titus 1:1-3
John 14:6 John 16:8-15 2 Timothy 2:14-18
Acts 26:16 & 18 James 1:17-22
***Now the following are the best verses from my MKJV E-Sword software search on the words “truth” and
“truthfulness”.
***What other qualities do individuals of truth have? The previous two passages have some of the answer.
1 Corinthians 13:6 Proverbs 12:17-20 Ephesians 4:22-25
Colossians 1:3-6 Zechariah 8:16-19 Ephesians 5:8-10 & 14-18

***What are you conclusions about truth? What were the new aspects of truth that you learned? How should you share
God’s wonderful truths? In what ways should you not share truth? What is tactfulness? Changes which are influenced by
reasoning (either by the speaker or by the reader) most likely will be forever, while forced or heavily influenced changes
(by parents and popular speakers) will not last very long.

God-Pleasing Friendship
Note: There are many negative Scripture references in the Old Testament. However, in the New Testament, friendship and
unselfish love compassion is emphasized. But the New Testament doesn’t specify how to be a good friend or what
are the characteristics of a God-pleasing friendship. So I have included 3 appropriate items I had received via e-

Note: Psalm 119 can prove that Jesus Christ is the Word of God: Just replace each word or phrase indicating the latter
with “Jesus Christ” and think about the verse in relation to the Savior and Lord.
Directions: The word “name” also means “character”. Look up each of the Scripture references which have “name” in
relation to Jesus Christ and determine why they are listed in the respective sections they are in.

The Commandments of Jesus
(Source Unknown)
About Christians
“My life is to trust the will of God. My walk is to obey His commandments. I would rather be poor by the divine will, than
rich by my own.” [Source unknown.]
Introduction: I am for God’s Grace only in relation to Justification and Salvation. And I am for increasing Christ-like
righteousness and agapè compassion for Sanctification. The latter is not automatic or completely done by
the Holy Spirit as many Christian preachers teach. Did you know that there are over 1000 commandments
in the New Testament? The Holy Spirit wants to help us obey them. We should desire such only because we
love God the Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Bible more than anything of this world. Romans
14:17 is for now-- righteousness is rewarded by divine peace and joy in the Holy Spirit= the Kingdom of
God. And I am against legalism which is in most churches. If you disagree with any of the above
statements, the following might change your mind.

Note: On April 11, 1985, circumstances and the Holy Spirit influenced me to do this paper. Earlier, my employer used
my children in a deceitful way for advertising while I was at home healing from an accident to my leg. Another
curriculum writer pretended to be their father in the add for after a school tutoring help proposed business. I
believe that the Holy Spirit guided me in selection the key verses and the order in which I typed them for this
paper. Deceit is a problem everywhere, in worldly businesses, our families, and all types of ministries. Don't just
relate what you read here to other individuals; let God point out ways you have used deceit and desire to make
immediate changes in your social habits.
Appropriate Scripture:

Trust
Introduction: Trust is so important, especially in a Christian’s growth in faith. The word “believe” in the New
Testament usually means “believe with complete trust as if one’s life depended on such”. Remember, it
wasn’t just Judas who did not completely trust Jesus Christ about what He said about Him being
resurrected from death. They were very scared after the Crucifixion.
***What do these passages say about trust? How is trust related to doubt? Matthew 28:16-20 and John 20:18-31
Incomplete trust:
***How is the following problem not just true of the Jews back in Jesus’ human ministry time? How do even professing
Christians have incomplete trust of the Bible? John 5:18 & 45-47
Compassionate trust:
***For each of the below Scripture passages and verses, state what kind of compassionate trust is stated or implied.
2 Corinthians 5:9-11 Philippians 2:19-24
2 Corinthians 13:4-6 Philemon 21-22
Hebrews 13:18 2 John 12
1 Thessalonians 2:3-6 3 John 13
1 Timothy 6:20-21
Final questions:
***What was David’s problem at this time in his life? How would you counsel him or someone like him who had the
same questions? (Remember what the ending Beatitudes say in Matthew 5 and what Jesus warned His Disciples
about in John 14-16.) Psalm 22:1-8
***How would you teach the following anagram?
T= truthfulness
R= respect
U= understanding
S= steadfastness (especially in promise/vow-keeping)
T= tolerance (of the other's preferences)
God’s timing is the best and the study I did on the “joy”, “joyful”, and “joyfulness” verses in the Bible is an
excellent example of this. I was not ready for the wonderful conclusion of it for seven months. God even had me
experience a lot of joy with a special woman in that non-Bible study time. Joy is different than what is usually meant for
happiness or good feelings; it is from God and requires unselfishness by humans. I learned more about joy when I
formatted the Scripture in ETRSF (logical indenting) in 2003. And then in April of 2010, the Holy Spirit helped me find
mistakes of sorting and lacks of proper contexts and even the first three groups were missing. I was embarrassed because
this was one of the most popular Bible study tools I had shared with many for about 6 years. I also added the best verses
about the rejoicing aspect of joy. (There over 200 verses for me to consider; many of them in the Old Testament were
identical or similar, so I just chose the best rejoice commandments.) The Holy Spirit had given me eight topic areas for
putting the verses and passages in logical order. Read these bolded category headings first. After you do that, read each
of these wonderful Bible verses in the order I have placed them with the goals of trying to determine why I put each
where it is and how a teacher would teach it. This could easily take several “sittings” to complete, but I guarantee you
will be blessed as much as I was in developing this inductive teaching tool.
***Sources of joy***

Habakkuk 3:3-4 Matthew 4:12-17 Isaiah 42:1-7 John 12:42-46
It seems that the Age of Grace is ending, so let us use the time God allows us to have to be His righteous, influential
and powerful lights to the world. A true Christian should have the priorities that are indicated in Philippians 2:1-5 and
Jude 20-23.
Suggestions along with living Proverbs 3:5-6 more frequently:
1.) Live and share the last two Bible passages as often as you can.
2.) Put political and church issues at a low priority. So many people need to see true Christianity being manifested by a
lot more individuals.

Introduction:
Does your church need revival? Or if you do not have a church presently, do you want to begin one in a very easy and
interesting way? This course has important Biblical, practical, and a little legal information for either situation. I have
experienced over 30 different denominational and non-denominational churches and about 7 different home groups. The
main conclusion I have come to is that a home church (Philemon 2) or a building church should have as the main purposes
what is stated in the following Bible passages-- Ephesians 4:11-16, Colossians 3:12-17, Hebrews 10:24-25, and Titus 2:1-8.
4. How should a pastor or home group leader be saved to eternal life and thankful to God in much praise?
(Be specific in answering.)
Read Acts 11:19-24. What was the pastor/teacher type of Christian leader Barnabas glad about? What were three key
other qualities he had?
5. How should Psalms 90: 14-17 apply to Christian leadership? Proverbs 3:6, Philippians 4:4-8, & Hebrews 12:5b-15
may help you answer.
6. How is an independent minister or even a leader of a home group specially chosen and specially appointed? Read also
Ephesians 1:3-14, John 15: 16 & 19, and Acts 13: 1-4 & 20:28-32.
Is this divine calling permanent? Read Romans 11:29 and reread Exodus 40:15, Deuteronomy 18:5,
and 1 Chronicles 15:2.
7. What does it mean to be consecrated, sanctified, and anointed for ministry today? There are two appropriate
definitions. Check a good dictionary. What should a Christian leader be consecrated to? What does this mean in
relation to a pastor’s or a home group leader’s behavior when not ministering?
8. How should a pastor or home group leader be spiritually cleansed, prepared before and properly dressed for ministry?
Look at 1 John 1:9, 2 Timothy 2:15 & 3:16-17, and Romans 14:13b & 19
9. Read Colossians 4:12, 2 Thessalonians 1:11 8 &12, Hebrews 6:10, James 5: 14-16, and reread 1 Samuel 12:23. How
should a Christian leader be an encourager by blessing others and a prayer warrior for others? Give some specific
examples in two or three areas of ministry.
10. How should a Christian leader be a controversy judge? Read Deuteronomy 17:8-12 and 1 Corinthians 6:1-5. Give
some specific examples in two or three areas of ministry.
11. Read 1 Timothy 3:8-13 and Titus 1:5-14. Make a check off list for individual goals for becoming a church leader.
What does 1 Timothy 5:17 mean to you?
12, Exodus 4:12 &15 were divine instructions to the Egypt-educated Moses. Who was this great servant and leader of
God to submit to for more education? What was he to learn? Also read Psalms 119:12, 26, 33, 64, 66, 68, 108, 124,
& 135 which were also penned by a God-chosen leader. Should every pastor be likewise submissive to God and apply
Proverbs 3:5 & 6? See also Isaiah 56:11. What does this mean to you? Give specific examples.
13. How do Psalms 1 and 25 describe the attitude and consecration of a Christian leader?
14. How do Isaiah 28:9-13, Proverbs 3:5, John 16:12-15, and Hebrews 5:11-6:2 apply to Christian leaders always having
a desire to learn more of God’s wisdom? Where did the doctrine of Jesus Christ and the Apostle Paul come from?
