1 Subject of the contract

2 Customer protection

3 Employee protection

Both parties commit themselves to employees of the respective other contracting party or of the customer of the

5 Legal validity and Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Court of jurisdiction for all legal disputes resulting from this agreement is Munich.

6 Validity of the Agreement

This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time and shall enter into force at the latest with the perception
