ASODUR-D2

Methods of application / consumption:
ASODUR-D2 is applied on the surface in 2 to 3
working steps. The material is poured on the ground

Consumption: approx. 250 - 350 g/m2 per working
procedure.
Priming:
ASODUR-D2, diluted with maximum 10 % of water, is
rolled on the floor in one working step.
Consumption: 250 - 300 g/m2 per working step.
Scrape grouting:
For the levelling of uneven surfaces ASODUR-D2 will
be filled with maximum 80 % quartz sand (grain size
0.2 - 0.7) and applied on the surface.
Waiting periods between the single working steps
minimum 12 hours, maximum 24 hours. When the
relative air humidity exceeds 65 %, the waiting time is
between 24 and 36 hours.
In between the waiting periods a good aeration and
deaeration is necessary.
The bonding between two layers may be affected by
humidity and impurities.
Surface protecting systems have to be protected
4 - 6 hours after their application from humidity (rain,
dew). Humidity causes white colouring and / or a
sticky surface. It may also cause some difficulties in
hardening. In that case the surface has to be abraded
and worked up again.
Hardened material has to be disposed with the waste
material number 57 123 (epoxy resin).

Top layer:
ASODUR-D2 will be applied on the priming layer resp.
on the surfaced scrape grouting layer in 1 - 2 working
step.
Consumption: 250 - 350 g/m2 per working step.

Physiological Behaviour
and Protective Measures:
ASODUR-D2 is physiologically harmless after complete
hardening.
The hardener (component B) is caustic.
In any case the general protective regulations of the
vocational league and the instructions on the bins have
to be regarded.

General Remarks:
Small differences in the colour of the coating material
are depending on the production process. The same
sections of the coating should be carried out with
coating material with the same batch number.
Excess of material in the singular working steps has to
be avoided.
