Oversee all operations for the main patient service kitchen along with four other kitchens
Directly manage 4 managers and indirectly manage an additional 5 managers
Manage the production of over 1,200 meals a day for roughly 500 patients and $20,000 of daily retail sales
Work closely with Union Stewards and Labor Relation groups to maintain a solid relationship with the staff
