Section A: Directed Writing

[Time suggested: 45 minutes]

There are many common issues in the neighbourhood that cause tension between neighbours.
You have experienced some unpleasant encounters that make you feel dissatisfied with the
condition in your neighbourhood.

As a member of the Neighbourhood Watch, you have decided to write a report to the
local municipal council, outlining your complaints and giving suggestions to overcome
the problems. Use the following notes to write your report.
