Mr. Atakan Ertem was employed by ASYAM Music School as a music teacher from June 2016 to
November 2017.

Mr. Ertem was responsible from our students. He is very talented teacher. He had students between
5-45 years old. He is versatile person. He plays and teaches piano, clarinet and saxaphone. In addition
he teaches harmony, music theory, solfege, choir.

Mr. Ertem is hardworking and intelligent person. He has emotionally stable and has a very pleasant
personality. He is good at working not only individually but also with a group. He had group ear
training, choir, solfege lessons in our school. He is full of initiative and ready to assume any given
responsibility. He has great contact with children. Our students has already missed him. He is capable
of doing advanced research and is indeed very keen to finish a given job in the earliest possible time.

While he was working with us, he was also studying masters degree. He always wants to be better
teacher and player. He greatly desires to go to England to carry out his Ph.D study there. His aim is to
increase his experience and knowledge and also improve his teaching, playing ability.

For this reason I am writing this letter of recommendation. Mr. Ertem was a great asset to this school
