1. Using QBASIC, developed software of one aptitude test battery consisting of 9


psychological tests (Absurdity, Anagram, Vocabulary, Inference, Coding and Decoding,
Memory for Commands, Short term Test, Comprehension, Creativity ) for my project
titled " Development of computer algorithm for construction of Aptitude Test Battery for
Computer programmers ". Report was submitted to the Technical Advisory Committee of
ISI dated 31st March, 2002.
2. Using QBASIC, I developed software for computer aided assessment of digit span.
Two research papers were published based on the data.
3. Using QBASIC, I developed software for Computer aided personality testing. I
administered this on B.Tech students of the Institute of Engineering and Management,

2. Chairing one session at the 2-day National Conference on 'Behaviour modification
Skills for Teachers of Higher Education' at the UGC-Academic staff College,
Manasagangotri, Mysore-570006, 8-9, August, 2008.
3. Invited by Centre for Behavioural and Cognitive Science, Allahabad to prepare
curriculum on Cognitive Science in 4-day seminar on curriculum design of cognitive
science from 20-24th Dec. 2007.
4. Doing collaborative project with Rutgers University, USA and Scientific Learning
Corporation, USA for the project titled “A Study conducted in India to assess Validity of
Fast For Word Language Gateway Edition Product” since 2006. Final report was
submitted.
5. Conducted collaborative project titled “Evaluation of the impact of training by
CBWE to the workers of Ambica Multifibres Ltd., Belur, Howrah”. Report was submitted
in 2006.
