ABOUT USPL
Founded in April 2012, Universal Sportsbiz Pvt. Ltd. (USPL) consolidates three
celebrity-fashion brands under its retail umbrella.

The portfolio includes WROGN, inspired and co-owned by Virat Kohli, Imara, a
contemporary womens ethnic brand with Shraddha Kapoor, Ms.Taken a
womens western wear by Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon.

All the three brands of USPL, WROGN (pronounced Wrong), Imara &
Ms.Taken are positioned uniquely in the Indian celebrity fashion industry.

USPL brands are retailed at over 200 point of sale with a geographical spread
across 34 cities nationally. The brands are retailed at all Shoppers Stop in the
Large Format Retail channel and on Myntra & Flipkart on online, besides its
Exclusive Brand stores in over 10 cities.

Ms. Anjana Reddy & Bharat Ratna Mr. Sachin Ramesh
Tendulkar.

USPL also has on its board Accel Partners, a venture and


growth equity firm. Accel, a global venture capital firm
which has backed, top-ti er consumer internet and other tech
ventures in India such as Facebook, Dropbox, Flipkart, Mu
