higher costs occur due to unplanned issues and risks are not managed.

Peter has accumulated a wide range of experience from different industries, working at senior positions in Teleco m RF-Sales, Industrial and Medical electronic
development, as well as Training and Coaching of electronic engineers based on the Swiss government curriculum. After a consulting assignment for project management
at Siemens Switzerland, his international career started in Malaysia. Here he gained his credibility in the Railway industry in several projects and roles.

Peter ventured into the Project Business already in his twenties and gained a lot of experience in different projects for mor e than 20 years and finally started his own
business in 2007 in Malaysia. After a number of training, coaching and consulting assignments in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Ban gkok, Manila, Shanghai, Dubai, Jeddah, and
Jakarta, Peter brought the 3rd large and complex project in Malaysia to successful completion, while working on project based assignments as PMC or Project
Management Facilitator.

Continuing the journey as an entrepreneur, Peter expanded his business into Renewable Energy and Power Plants, where he obtains a multi-project management
function throughout South East Asia for a multinational company.

Taking Peters experience from the engineering and infrastructure projects and blend it with his training and consulting skills results in high value outcomes for the
