Are drums and containers stored correctly in a `bunded` area provided?

Is all equipment etc. tested, inspected and maintained in accordance with the inspection and testing
regime identified the manufacturers instructions?
Are all guards and interlocks in place, in good condition and working correctly?

Have all users received adequate training in the safe use of the equipment?
Has all the portable electrical equipment been tagged to identify it has been inspected by the OOC
electrical department?

Has the tanker driver been informed to approach the aircraft by the FLO
Is the tanker at a safe distance (no less than 1.5m) away from the front of the aircraft?
Has the FLO attached the `anti static` earth cable?
Are the RED step ladders certified and used correctly to access filling point?
Is the wing tip protection matting in place?
Is the fuel sample testing undertaken safely?
Has the FLO confirmed with the pilot the exact quantity of fuel required?
Does the tanker driver access filling point, apply fuel nozzle and refuel safely and correctly?
Is the FLO monitoring gauge for quantity of fuel delivered?
On completion does the pilot confirm security of filling point/fuel cap
Is this process repeated correctly on the opposite wing?
Is the process reversed on completion of refuelling activity
Is entire area left in a stable safe condition on completion
