CERTIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

WHAT DOES THE EXAM COVER?


The exam, which you have up to four hours to complete, has a total of 200 questions in multiple-choice and true/false format.
Questions cover the role of the supervisor, communication skills, interpersonal skills, introduction to finance and budgeting, leadership and
motivation, safety, time management and planning, business law, interviewing and hiring, conflict resolution and problem solving and teambuilding. A
score of 70% is required to pass.

ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible if you have a minimum of 2 years in plant/facility supervisory capacity (OR) minimum 3 years in field overall.

MAWA EVENTS will provide all participants a comprehensive training material.


CPMM Certificate from AFE USA will be provided to all the participants.
MAWA EVENTS will conduct a training evaluation at the end of the training program.
The proposed training program is for the in-house training and therefore, the training facilities will be arranged and coordinated by client. Venue/
meeting room, audio, video equipments, flip charts etc will be provided by client. As well as Coffee / Tea, snacks, lunch will be provided by client.
Course Materials are covered in the above mentioned fee.
