specialization in Architecture/ Conservation (culture
& Heritage)/Urban at Master Level.

Terms & Conditions

1. Application Form can be downloaded from Hazara University website: www.hu.edu.pk
or can be obtained from Establishment Section of the University. Only the prescribed
application form will be accepted.
2. No column of the application form should be left blank, particularly postal
address/contact number both landline and mobile must be mentioned.
3. Applicant serving in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies should route their
applications through proper channel with NOC/proper permission.
4. Bank Draft/Deposit Receipt of Rs.2000/- in the name of Treasurer Hazara University
Mansehra along with two sets of application completed in all respect including attested
photocopies of all the DMCs, Certificates, Degrees, Experience certificates, CNIC (on
full page), Domicile-certificate and three recent passport size photographs must be
attached with the application form. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE
ENTERTAINED AND LIABLE TO BE REJECTED.
5. In case of foreign degree, the applicant must produce HEC Equivalence Certificate along
with the application form.
6. Maximum age limit as per University rules.
7. Applicants applying for more than one post will submit separate application with
necessary documents and fee, complete in all respect.
8. The application forms complete in all respect must reach to the Record (Selection Board)
Section, Registrar Office, Hazara University, Mansehra on or before Tuesday,
November 21, 2017. Application received after last date will not be considered. The
University is not responsible for delays in receiving call letters due to couriers/mail
lapses.
9. Hazara University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or not to fill
any post, withhold the appointment against any advertised post or to accept/reject any
application without assigning any reason.
10. In case of Semester system, CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered as First division.
11. For updates regarding list of eligible/ineligible candidates and Test/Interview date etc,
please keep visiting University website regularly.
12. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Short-listing of the
candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University.
13. Appointments on TTS shall be made as per HEC criteria.
14. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
15. The University administration is authorized to rectify errors/omissions (if any) in the
advertisement.
