Last October 3, 2017, I attended BLWs Meeting with Maam Emma I. Royales at
Multipurpose Hall, San Isidro, Libmanan, Camarines Sur. We talked about the following agenda:
Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test; Accomplishing of DLL/WLL; Scholarship for ALS
Male Passers; and Clean and Green of the facility for the review. Wherein, last October 2-6,
2017 was the registration date of the learner who wants to apply for the upcoming A&E Test.
Last October 17, 2017, We, BLWs, Emma I. Royales (DALSC), Arvan Guia (MT), and
Hazel Salcedo (EPS), checked and finalized the learners application form for the A&E Test. All
the needed documents had been checked properly. Thus, more than hundreds ALS learners of
Libmanan South District were qualified to take the upcoming A&E Test.
By the whole month of October 2017, my co-BLWs and I facilitated the review for the
learners every Tuesday to Sunday. Through the participation of every learners coming from
different Community Learning Center (CLC), our review became successful and meaningful in
their part. BLWs meeting was every Monday but sometimes it became our accomplishment day
or rest day.
