Body Parts

The human body is the entire structure of a human being. It is composed of many different types
of cells that together create tissuesand subsequently organ systems. They ensure homeostasis and
the viability of the human body.
It comprises a head, neck, trunk (which includes the thorax and abdomen), arms and
hands, legs and feet.
The study of the human body involves anatomy, physiology, histology and embryology. The
body varies anatomically in known ways. Physiology focuses on the systems and organs of the
human body and their functions. Many systems and mechanisms interact in order to
maintain homeostasis, with safe levels of substances such as sugar and oxygen in the blood.
The body is studied by health professionals, physiologists, anatomists, and by artists to assist them
in their work.
Body Parts

1. Ankle: The ankle, or the talocrural region,[1] is the region where the foot and
the leg meet.[2] The ankle includes three joints: the ankle joint
proper or talocrural joint, the subtalar joint, and the inferior tibiofibular joint.

2. Knee: The knee joint joins the thigh with the leg and consists of
two articulations: one between the femur and tibia (tibiofemoral joint), and
one between the femur and patella (patellofemoral joint).

3. Throat: In vertebrate anatomy, the throat (Latin: gula) is the anterior part of
the neck, positioned in front of the vertebra. It contains
the pharynxand larynx.
4. Brain: The brain is an organ that serves as the center of the nervous system in
all vertebrate and most invertebrate animals. The brain is located in the head, usually close
to the sensory organs for senses such as vision.

5. Neck: The neck is the part of the body, on many vertebrates, that separates the head from
the torso or trunk. It contains blood vessels and nerves that supply structures in the head to
the body.

6. Thumb: The thumb is the first digit of the hand. When a person is standing in the
medical anatomical position (where the palm is facing to the front), the thumb is the
outermost digit.
7. Chest: The thorax or chest (from the Greek thorax "breastplate, cuirass,
corslet"[1] via Latin: thorax) is a part of the anatomy of humans and various other animals
located between the neck and the abdomen.

8. Shoulder: The human shoulder is made up of three bones: the clavicle (collarbone),
the scapula (shoulder blade), and the humerus (upper arm bone) as well as associated
muscles, ligaments and tendons

9. Toe: Toes are the digits of the foot of a tetrapod. Animal species such as cats that walk on
their toes are described as being digitigrade.
10. Finger: A finger is a limb of the human body and a type of digit, an organ
of manipulation and sensation found in the hands of humans and other primates.

11.Stomach: The stomach (from ancient Greek , stomachos, stoma means

mouth) is a muscular, hollow organ in the gastrointestinal tractof humans and many
other animals, including several invertebrates.

12. Heart: The heart is a muscular organ in humans and other animals, which
pumps blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system.[1]Blood provides the
body with oxygen and nutrients, as well as assists in the removal of metabolic wastes.
Conclusion

I understood that all parts of the human being is all in a whole body that is
composed of different types of cells and that come together and create
different parts and more systems of organisms and ensure the homeostasis and
after the human body.
