The container ship OOC Fu Rong, a converted tanker, is 130 m long, 20 m wide, and 6 m tall (12 m in the
bow and stern, 20 m to top of containers, 28 m to top of cranes and bridge). It is one of the smallest
container vessels still in operation but can still carry about 960 TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent units) of
cargo. Each container (2 TEUs) is 12 m long (40 ft), 2.7 m (8 ft) wide and tall.

The cargo in question is 23 crates (6x3x3) that were loaded after the container ship left port and is not
on the manifest. The Mafias plan is to offload the cargo onto small ships the night before the customs
inspection occurs.

The ship arrives 3 miles off the coast at 9 p.m. and will stay there until customs is done some time in the
morning.

Moishes uncle asks the group to assemble at 6 p.m. on the 12th and go over plans. Then, they will head
out up the coast about 7 p.m. and arrive at the container ship just as it drops anchor. It is expected that
the container ship will challenge the Israeli ships about mile off and will be ready for boarding. The
ship will protect itself with firehoses (8 DCV) every 15 feet and 15 men with assault rifles (10 crew (OCV
6, SPD 3) and 5 dedicated guards (OCV 7, 8 DEF, SPD 3)). They will have partial cover (+2 DCV), the
motion of the small ships will add an additional +1 DCV (8 DCV/9 DCV). One of the guards is Bedrock (
OCV 7 (10 DCV with cover and ship motion), DEF 19, SPD 4).

Moishes group will have to suppress opposition, circumvent the firehoses, capture the container ship,
locate the cargo, and unload it, all within 20 minutes that it will take for the Mafia help to arrive. This is
a very tight schedule.

The mafia will arrive in 5 40-ft boats (DCV 6, 20 BODY) just as the boats are casting off from the
container ship. 1 boat continues to the ship and 4 boats pursue the invaders. A running boat battle
erupts with the PCs racing back with their stolen goods and the Mafia goons (30 men, OCV 7, DCV 7, +2
DCV from boat movement, 7 DEF, assault rifles) pursuing.

After dispatching/disabling the mafia boats, the PCs will arrive back in harbor. Depending on the amount
of noise they made, coast guard may become involved.
