When a stroke strikes, the capillaries in the brain will gradually burst. If the victim is moved, the brain capillaries will burst again. A needle / pin can be used to prick the tip of all. Fingers. Prick till blood comes out and squeeze with your fingers. Wait a few minutes then the victim should regain consciousness. Then take him to the hospital.
