Session 1:

View a video on Halloween and answer a listening comprehension questionnaire.


View a tutorial on how to carve a jack-o-lantern and complete a reading
comprehension with a summary of the instructions. Keep the worksheet, you will
need it!
Answer a Halloween facts kahoot game by teams.

What do I need? Permission to use lab/playground for session 2, permission to take


pictures?; items: 3 carving knives, 3 thick markers, newspaper, 3 spoons, 2or3 plastic
bowls (not too big), at least 4 pumpkins (ideally six), tons of tissue!!!, candles, lighter,
camera with fully charged battery, recording device, videos and worksheets

Budget: 6 pumpkins = 18 euros, 6 candles: 2 euros bowls, kitchen paper, old cloth, lighter
