Job Description

The candidate must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
and have a strong ability to multi-task. The selected candidate will have strong problem solving ability.

Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related discipline;
or equivalent combination of education and
experience necessary for the job function.

Candidate should have hands on exp as a performance engineer with strong java and problem
solving skills
Candidate should have worked as a performance engineer/architect since beginning of career
or moved from development background to performance engineering
Selection criteria should be following
Worked as performance engineer since beginning of career or moved to performance engineer
from development work
Should have good concept in Java and J2EE
Should have worked with performance monitoring tools (APM tools e.g. Dynatrace, Wily
Introscope etc.), profiler for performance issue analysis
Can analyze java dumps, logs and used toll for dump analysis
Good in problem solving as performance engineer most of time analyze the performance issue
and each performance issue is unique in nature
Good in technical understanding and motivated to work for root cause analysis for any
performance issue
Worked in code scanning, designing/architecture review for identified potential performance
bottleneck
Knowledge on architecture and latest technologies e.g. Cloud, Docker, Jenkins is added
advantage
Worked on database performance issue, front end optimization, network analysis is added
advantage
 Flexible, quick learner, self-motivated/self-starter & adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-
paced environment
Good communication skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and team building skills
