Alex, Rashid, Zoey, Kirell

Overall Broad Goals:
Be able to describe social media writing in detail and how it influences its audiences
Discover how social media writing works in the workplace and its effects on social media
Specific Goals:
Meet all objectives of assignment with a mastery level of understanding
Stay on top of all deadlines and dont miss any
Communicate thoroughly between one another by responding to group communications
and projecting our thoughts/ ideas on the ethnography
Personal Goals:
Alex: Become a better interviewer by improving my communication skills, and improve
my observation skills by paying more attention to detail
Kirell: Become a better interviewer and less of an introvert by being more vocal
Rashid: become a better listener and keep group work moving on schedule
Zoey: speak up more about my thoughts and opinions
Individual Level of Commitment (Individual and Group Work):
Alex is willing to give this project 100% effort
Kirell is willing to give the project 100% effort
Rashid is willing to give the project 100% effort
Zoey is willing to give the project 100% effort
Other Concerns:
Alex is a commuter student and is worried this may affect his availability. It is a 35
minute commute that would make it hard to meet up on the fly, but he will meet up with
at least an hours notice. Alex also works Tuesdays and Fridays
Kirell is worried we will not have additional class time to get this project done in case we
cant get together outside of class
Zoey has a job during the evening and may not meet on some nights
Conflict Resolution:
Conflicts will be dealt within the group via a group message. If a resolution cannot be agreed
upon, Professor Bialas will be notified.
Missed Deadlines:
The two group member will be sent a reminder their work deadline is approaching a day before it
is due. If they group member then misses a deadline he/she will be sent a text reminder by the
project manager to quickly complete what is due. If the work isnt completed within 3 hours the
rest of the group will be contacted on what to do next. With at least two people on one task this
will minimize missed deadlines.

Unacceptable Work:
If work is submitted and is clearly subpar (missing important info, rushed, sloppy, grammatical
errors, etc.) a team member will notify the project manager.Two team members will proof read
the other two members work. The project manager will notify the team member in question to
improve their work with a decided upon deadline. If new deadline is not met or work is still
subpar the team member will ask for assistance within the group and outside of it.
