Bhavishya Trainee Program

Bhavishya (Management Trainee) Program is designed exclusively for management students to


kick start their professional career after their Post-Graduation course.

These young minds will go through an internship for one year. During this period, the trainees
will be given an opportunity to work in different business verticals, which will give them an insight
of the field operations. The interns will be assessed after the completion of each stint by the
respective Business/ Functional Head followed by a feedback session.

On the basis of their performance during the stint and availability of positions, the successful
candidates will be considered for the position of Assistant Field Manager (AFM)/ HR Officer in
any of the business vertical.

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM

Stipend: Rs. 30,000/- p.m. (DA, Mobile and Internet expenses additional)

Post confirmation (after 1 yr) 6.50 to 7.00 lacs (CTC)

Location: PAN India


Job Description

A. Management Trainee MARKETING & SALES

Job Purpose: To provide leadership through development and implementation of business strategies and
plans towards maximization of revenue, profits and customer satisfaction.

Summary
Ensure comprehensive understanding of clients business objectives.
Understands the product range and ensures the appropriate Sales approach is followed according
to brand guidelines
Ensures team has right capabilities, skills, resources and information to deliver business objectives
Ensure product training to all the resources as per need
Identifying the training needs & communicating the same to Central Training & Development
Team.
Identify the bottom boxers and give feedback on the areas of development
Identify and manage execution gaps & ensures discipline in the workplace
Compliance to manning ratios & attrition management.
Facilitate achievement of business objectives by adhering to right systems and processes
Activate all safety, business ethics, and commercial policies for his/her reportees
Manages team performance and motivation

B. Management Trainee - HUMAN RESOURCES

Job Purpose: To execute HR strategies and operational plans aligned to business requirements for
acquiring, retaining, motivating, developing and managing the employee relationships to achieve stated
business objectives and employee satisfaction.

Summary:
Recruitment and GAP management of own as well as 3rd Party Employees
Execution of HR Operations, Organisation Policy and Statutory Compliances

Ensure SOPs are followed for all the HR operations activities


Execution of the centrally driven programs in their respective Business
To be responsible for record keeping, grievance addressable, logging attendance, tracking
absenteeism, leaves.

C. Management Trainee Operations Management

Job Purpose: To understand the business practices and alignment of the operations plan to business
requirements inclining towards improving efficiency and productive execution

Summary:
Execution of the centrally driven programs in their respective Business
To be responsible for record keeping, grievance addressable, logging attendance, tracking
absenteeism, leaves.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance),
through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between
support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational
excellence.
