requirements in the last 5 years.
If you have self-reported CPR/First Aid certification or completion of the DCFS Mandated Reporter training that is also
shown below.
Please note that the Gateways Registry records will serve as proof of completion of the ECE Credential Level 1 modules
and "What is CCAP?" only.

NOTE:
If you care only for school-age children (6-13) and you choose Option 2 to meet the IDHS CCAP Training Requirements, you
can view completion of the required SAYD Level 1 modules below. You must still complete the CPR/First Aid Certification,
Child Abuse and Neglect / Mandated Reporter Training, and (for center directors) What is CCAP? training. Those requirements
are listed on page 2 of this report.
