Good positive start to the lesson
Good voice and eye contact
Nice guessing and eliciting activities during carpet time
Good variety of activities
Confident and relaxed teaching
Good use of your MST and the Arabic teacher

Nice drilling and repetition activities
Good team work with MST and Arabic teacher
Good interaction and rapport with children
Very good to see the new model of teaching working so well

Careful the children are not shouting out too much
Try and be a bit more animated and enthusiastic when interacting with the children

Try and give children more than one activity to do. Aim to have them choose or at least move
independently and responsibly to the next activity.

Planning for Learning


Completed lesson plan for every lesson, printed and available to MST and MCT upon request
Ensure lesson plans have sufficient detail to secure effective delivery
Lesson plans are linked to long range and unit plans only EYFS to develop
Learning objectives are testable and directly linked to curriculum outcomes
