Ms Haya demonstrates high levels of None.

professionalism during academic teaching and
in other areas of the school. She is aware of
pedagogy and the expectation of a teacher or
educator in a learning environment.

Ms Haya is responsible and always well prepared.

colleagues around her.

Good introduction to lessons, children are
engaged and are introduced to the area of
learning and themes.
Able to communicate effectively with students.
Able to differentiate teaching according to
students ability.
Ms Haya is very aware of the weaker students
and often provides them with support. It is
important to be aware of the learners that are
top of the academic standing and at times give
them support and challenge their learning to go
a step further in their learning journey.

Resources are always ready before the start of the

lesson and are appropriate to the teaching and
learning content and environment.

Strengths
Ms Haya is very receptive to any advice or
support given. She takes it on board and uses it
to improve her next delivery, planning and
execution of lessons.

Discipline, start of the lesson and carpet work is
exceptional as Ms Haya has lots of control over
the lesson, Ms Haya must be aware as the
lesson progresses and level of noise from
children increases.
Be aware of the movement of children as lesson
develops as children start to get distracted and
go to their social circles.
Need more assessment, how are you assessing
what kids are doing, what are the identified
objectives.
Encourage individual tasks along with group
independent work and assessment.
Use more formative and summative assessment
on written work.
Areas for development
I encourage Ms Haya to challenge herself in the
lessons she delivers, to take advantage of the
higher order thinking students and create
lessons that will push and extend students,
even the weaker students will challenge
themselves and will often surprise in their
capabilities.
