Interview over phone.

Step 5-12 will happen on daily Basis.
Its a responsibility of HR to coordinate with technical team to finish technical round of interview. HR will
follow up with technical team to ensure that technical interviews are conducted on time.

4) Manager need to brief the employee about project and introduce him/her to team
Basic Training
At end of week we will have a strong idea on knowledge and capability of person and we can get rid of
person within a week in case he/she does not fits in our criteria.
Internal Trainings
We can also conduct weekly 2 hrs training program with existing resource pool as well. It will motivate
them to stay with us for longer period and quench their thirst to learn newer technologies. By doing so we
will be able to lift team skill to a higher level.
Resource Involvement.
We can hire one person for training, which that can be optimal solution for internal trainings and new
employee trainings.
