PERCEIVED USEFULNESS OF SOCIAL MEDIA AS A LEARNING TOOL QUESTIONNAIRE
Sir/Maam:
Thank you for participating in this survey. Your feedback is important. The survey will only take a few
minutes to complete. When answering each question, think about how you used social media as
learning tool. Your participation in this survey will help the researcher collect important data and
information.
Consent Script: The purpose of this research study is to examine the usefulness of social media as a
learning tool in Nursing Education to pursue better measures for predicting and explaining use of social
media. Perceived usefulness is an important determinant of social media use. Your participation in this
study will help us determine how nursing students are using social media and to help develop new ways
in incorporating social media in the learning process. Please answer the following questions based on your
use of Social Media as a nursing student. Completion of this survey will serve as voluntary consent to
participate in this study. It should take about ten minutes of your time. This study is being conducted by
Nina Hamili G. Piao. Please contact Ms. Piao at 09438739527 if you have any questions about the survey.
This study was approved by the University of the Visayas IRB and if you have questions about subjects
