TERM & CONDITIONS
All payment for this event is using Indonesia Rupiah currency
After booking 50% down payment must been done within 30 days before event day and full payment 10 days before event
day.
Booth booking for one company is four booking area/space/booth maximum.
If there two or more companies interested to join and pick the same booth number, organizer would draw the availability
booth.
For island area we only provide space, we only provide booth partition only for 9 sqm area/space/booth

Cancellation and Refund


Cancellation has to be in formal way, sending cancellation letter from management with company letterhead and stamp
50% refund would be granted if cancellation document has been submitted 30 days before event.
No refund would be granted if cancellation document submitted 29 days onward before event.
If company withdraw seven weeks before event, the company should pay full as designated area/space/booth.
All the cashback and refund only remitted five working days after event.
