Disable Wi-Fi and Memory Card.

1. Kindly check is there any dongle driver already installed in machine. If yes kindly remove all data cards driver.
2. If any antivirus install in machine then please disable. Just to pre-vent that it should not impact a tool process.
3. Remove SIM card from the device.

Step 1: Connect the Wi-Pod to system with USB cable and install the setup file, after successful installation Web-UI automatically gets
open.

Step 2: Close the Web GUI before opening the tool .

Step 3: Then open Rcom_switch_WiFi_SD_TOOL_V1.0.0 tool.

Once the device is connected with the tool is will display the message as device has been inserted.

Step 4: Now select Wi-Fi Disable and SD card Disable option (as per customer requirement select options) and then click on APPLY.
On successful upgrade you will see the Result as PASS.

Step 5: Device will restart i.e it will Switched OFF and Switch ON. You will found that after device restart Wi-Fi indication light gets
OFF. Again Web-UI gets open automatically. Just go to Wi-Fi option and SD card option for cross check of device

Wi-Fi and SD card option gets disable.

 FAQ

1. Unable to open Web GUI Page.

Answer: Please check RNDIS ports is installed successfully or not in device manager. If it is installed and still web-UI page is not
opening then right click on RNDIS port and uninstall driver. And then again remove a device and insert again. Device will
automatically install the RNDIS port.

2. If device is stuck during Wi-Fi disable process as shown in below Image then what to do?

Answer: Sometimes we observed that process is stuck on above screen and device is not able to reboot. Because of admin security
restrictions driver do not install automatically in machine. So you have to do this process manually for one time only.

Go to control Panel Device manger you can see there is some ports in other device which is having Exclamatory (!) mark. With
Android or abd driver.

Just right click on it and go to property new window will be open click on driver tab then click update driver then click
Select ADB driver from below folder. And just select path as per machine specification. Just shown in below picture.

Ones driver get install you can continue updating the device as per the process given above.

When device stuck in download mode you have to remove the battery and insert again and power ON the device.
