9.1 Structural engineer of record shall stamp and sign all sheets of plans and first page of design
calculations.

9.2 Geotechnical engineer shall review foundation designs and construction documents for general
conformance with the geotechnical report requirements and provide statement on the plans indicating
same with engineers seal and stamp thereon.

9.3 Submit a copy of soil investigate report to verify seismic design criteria used on calculation.

9.4 Submit wind load design calculation and connection for exterior wall SIP panel for out of plane loads.
Provide proper connection details at top and bottom of wall panel.

9.5 Comply with CBC 1705 required special inspection and testing. Print special inspection program on
plan.

9.6 Comply with CBC 1704 structural observation requirement, print observation form on plan.

9.7 Submit calculation design 14 thick structural floor slab for transformer pad. Provide calculation design
mechanical anchorage per ASCE7-10 section 13.3.1, provide connection detail on plan.

9.8 Submit design calculation for chain link fence and CMU wall show on sheet C0-06.

9.9 Submit calculation design pad footing under steel moment frame.

9.10 Submit structural calculation design / detail roof top equipment anchorage.

9.11 Provide ICC-ESR approved number for steel roof and floor deck system. Specify diaphragm capacity
on schedule. Provide manufacture specification of wall and floor/ roof panel on plan.

9.12 The latest approved edition of structural software shall be used for the proposed project. The
proposed building is to comply with all 2016 CBC structural requirements.

9.13 Provide proper connection detail of floor panel connected to steel beam, detail 9 & 10/S2.03 do not
match.

9.14 Provide structural connection detail for roof and floor panels connected to steel deck. Specify size
and spacing of connector.

9.15 Submit structural calculation / shop drawing for new stairway, provide connection to floor framing
system.

9.16 Submit complete calculation design steel column base plate, anchor bolt and gusset plate show on
sheet S1.04.
