Task 1

Overall, to fulfil the work experience requirement credits, it can be seen that there is a six step process
that starts with application and culminates with the submission of the final report.

To begin, students undergo three initial steps: sending an application, professors approval, and
arranging the schedule. From the approved list of workplace and arrange interview, students choose
their desired workplace and send their applications. Then, when an acceptance letter is received it is
submitted to a professor for approval. Afterwards, the applicants manage the schedule so that the
minimum work duration is 10 hours per week over 20 weeks.

After fixing the schedule, reports and evaluation are incorporated. Every Friday, interns submit a weekly
report form to their professor; moreover, during the final work week together with the supervisor
students participate in evaluation meeting after which the supervisor submits an evaluation form. Lastly,
prior to awarding the work experience credits, apprentices present a final report before the final week
of the spring term.

individual well-being.
What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction to all
workers?
