Work in a group of three, contact a local e-commerce company for a visit to elicit information

on:
1. The history and background of the company.
2. How e-commerce was conceived, initiated and implemented, and look back at their
journey, and articulate the invaluable lessons learned.
3. The infrastructure of the e-commence system as well as the technology used in the
implementation and how did they evolve from the beginning.
4. The business processes supported by their e-commerce system to support online
transactions, including all parties involved, their strategic alliances.
5. Challenges faced by the company, and how do they cope with those issues and
challenges.
6. Future prospects as perceived by the business owners.
7. Perform SWOT analysis for the company, and conclude your findings.
8. What are your advices to the business owners to ensure the e-commerce business
model could sustain for the next 5-10 years, at least.

Write a report for your visit to compose the information elicited above, and analyze their
current business standing, and suggest improvements whichever possible to enhance their
current business models. The report should include photos of all group members with the
business owner(s)/ founder(s) / chief officer(s) during the event.
