Developed and continue to manage volunteer-driven out of school time academic program designed to
enhance academic performance in middle school students by providing mentoring (tutoring) and a hot
meal to students utilizing peer mentors recruited from the local high school along with college interns and
adult volunteers. Responsibilities include: program design and execution, volunteer recruitment and
training, data management, budget planning, program evaluation, promotion and publicity, grant-writing,
fund-development and expansion of services.
