IMPORTANT EVENTS IN CAPTAIN NOBODY

 Newt and his friends are taking the mascot –

Ferocious the Ferret – to Newt’s home. On the way,
they are confronted by Ricky Ratner and his
seventh-grade gang. In the struggle between the
two groups, the door of the cage springs open and
the ferret springs out.
 Newt and his friend chase after it to get it back. The
ferret runs across the freeway and back several
times with Newt chasing it. All traffic comes to a
standstill.
 By coincidence, a small airplane with passengers
has engine failure and needs a clear track for an
emergency landing. The pilot sees the cleared
freeway and manages to make a safe landing. All
lives are saved. Again the news is widely reported
and the public interest in the mysterious Captain
Nobody grows to an intense level.

 News on TV regarding Reggie Ratner on Appleton
water tower, the tallest structure in town.
 Authorities fear it is a suicide attempt conversation
with Reggie’s parent, classmates and teachers that
Reggie has grown increasingly depressed as
students and friends of Fillmore High school has
repeatedly harassed him.
 Cecil suggested Captain Nobody to sit down and
talk to Reggie, man-to-man. Even Captain Nobody
has the fear of heights- Acrophobia, he takes the
challenge.
 Captain Nobody’s mask as ripped off due to a
jutting nail while climbing the ladder- Captain
Nobody becomes Newt Newman.
 Actually Reggie climbs the tower to paint the water
tank o that he would be remembered for, but his
foot stomps a hole in the roof and his shoe is stuck
between two beams.
 Newt helps to untie the shoe and Reggie is released.
 JJ feels irritated with Sullivan’s Jewellery Store
signboards,

 Captain Nobody enters the store to inform the
owners and notices the Sullivan are waiting on the
only customer.
 The Sullivan’s eyes keep darting between me, the
merchandise and the customer, the customer is
twitching wit irritation, his right hand poking
forward in his sweatshirt pocket. Mr Sullivan’s hand
slips under the desktop to give Caption Nobody a
piece of paper to correct the errors. At the same
time, he presses the hidden button and alarm spills
the air.
 The customer @ thief sweeps and arms across the
countertop and hugs a pile of jewellery against his
chest, spins around and bumps into Captain
Nobody.
 The guy scrambles to his feet and races out after h
warns Captain Nobody. Captain Nobody leaves the
store.

 Cecil wants a good condition drum that has been
thrown among garbage piles in dumpster.
 Captain Nobody climbs the dumpster ignoring his
fear of hights as Cecil is afraid of garbage bags.
 As Captain Nobody climbs down the dumpster a
hand grabs his ankle.
 The hand belongs to an old, grey- whiskered man-
Mr Clay, a former locksmith, his mother use to
work with and he knew that Mr Clay is sick as he
overheard his mum told his dad before.
 Captain Nobody walks Mr Clay to his house.

 Spirit squad from Fillmore High, Colby Bryn and
the football team, Daryl Peeps come to
Appleton Elementary bringing Ferocious The
Ferret, the mascot.
 Captain Nobody is the lucky student who gets
to take Ferocious home overnight.
 Ricky Ratner and his pals cluster around
Ferocious’ cage when Captain Nobody was on
his way home. The cage door flew open and
Ferocious down a dead end street. Hey all
tumble down after him and got themselves
onto a highway.
 Captain Nobody waves his arms and screams
‘STOP’ to the traffic.
 A small airplane flying so low that it’s tyres hit
an open freeway up ahead.
 Ferocious sits a Captain Nobody reaches down
and scoops him up and dashes for the roadside.

 Newt wears his brother’s outgrown outfit to
cheer his mum.
 His mum leaves for hospital not seeing him
in the outfit.
 At the same time, his friends Cecil and JJ
arrived for Trick or Treat.
 They hels to fix the outfit by adding a mask
and cape.
 When trick of treating, a neighbour noticed
the initials C.N. on his mask and that is when
Captain Nobody is born.
 Newt becomes a new person behind the
mask of Captain Nobody.
