I APNPD CL: APNPDCL and APEPDCL are unaffected by State
bifurcation except the 7 Mandals in APNPDCL. For the employees
of 7 Mandals affected by state bifurcation, options were called by
APNPDCL as per established procedure and finalized the issue.
Thus it is a settled matter. Therefore there is no possibility for
negotiation with APNPDCL and they have to take back all the g2

However early settlement without adversely affecting the Ap
Power Sector is to be done.

4 The AP Transco Sub- Stations shall be maintained in the existing
system only without resorting to outsourcing of services.
5 The additional posts in APTRANSCO and DISCOMS shall be
sanctioned immediately
6 EPF to GPF and pension facility shall be examined to all the
employees who are recruited up to O 1.09.2OO4 as per the AP State before 15th , Januar5r 2Ol8
Government Policy.
1. 40OKV & 22OKV Sub-stations, Operation & Maintenance will be done by
APTRANSCO in the existing manning pattern.
2. For the existing arld upcoming 132 KV Substations, the present practice of
manning pattern will be maintained for operation and maintenance. However, 3
Nos upcoming 132KV Sub-stations (one per each zone) will be taken up for
operation & Maintenance serv"ice outsourcing under supervision of
AE(Maintenance) as a pilot project with the following conditions.
' A termination clause will be included in the contract for unsatisfactory
service.
' A committee consisting one member from each Association and Chief
Engineer/ Transmission wing to study techno-economic feasibility.
' Necessar5r clauses indicating the time to be taken, cost and penalty shall be
stipulated in the specilication for all the activities that are taken up in case of
O&M, breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance

In view the above, the said developer is not entitled the ApERC tariff
of Rs. 4.76 /KwH applicable for Fy: 2OtT-t8

iii) APTRANSCO is following the T.O.O. 4O6 Dated. 06.03.2017 scrupulously for
adopting the uniform procedures for s5rnchronisation of Wind and Solar
projects. Further APSLDC is ensuring the measurement of total harmonic
distortion, DC injection, flicker etc., for upcoming projects solar power projects

1) AP Govt. instructed that 400 KV projects will be constructed on TBCB Model.
One complex 4OO KV Project will be takenup by TBCB Model on pilot basis.
However, all 4OO KV Sub-stations in CRDA region will be constructed and
maintained by APTransco.
2) Due to delay in Construction of 22O KV & 132 KV Projects, Project cost will
be increased due to adding of IDC. APTransco decided to go for annuity model
for Construction of 22O KV & 132 KV Projects. The asset of project including
land is owned by APTransco. These sub-stations will be supervised, maintained
and operated by APTransco

11 Commi ttee on Seniority of Direct Recruited AE's Vs Conversion
