I APNPD CL: APNPDCL and APEPDCL are unaffected by State
bifurcation except the 7 Mandals in APNPDCL. For the employees
of 7 Mandals affected by state bifurcation, options were called by
APNPDCL as per established procedure and finalized the issue.
Thus it is a settled matter. Therefore there is no possibility for
negotiation with APNPDCL and they have to take back all the g2

4 The AP Transco Sub- Stations shall be maintained in the existing 1. 40OKV & 22OKV Sub-stations, Operation & Maintenance will be done by

Engineer/ Transmission wing to study techno-economic feasibility.
' Necessar5r clauses indicating the time to be taken, cost and penalty shall be
stipulated in the specilication for all the activities that are taken up in case of
O&M, breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance
