We intend to procure following items immediately.

[1] SEAMLESS PIPE 2.5 Inch NPS X SCH. 160 X 12M LG. SA 335 P11 - MATERIAL
SHALL BE IN ACCRODANCE WITH ASME SEC IIA- SA 335/SA 335M- NACE MR
0175, 3.1 CERTIFICATION

Required quantity : 25 Nos. [ Each piece of 12 Meter length ]

Materials required for Petroleum Development of Oman [PDO] project, meeting PDO
requirements, Materials shall confirm to Nace MR 0175. Items quoted shall be from
PDO approved Make/Origin/stockiest/local vendor as per PDO PGSC (AVME)
categories. In case materials are not under AVME list, supplier to issue reference
purchase order copies of his previous experience supplied to various customer and
specimen test certificates.

[2] Price Basis : CFR, Muscat sea port basis [ INCOTERM 2000 ]. No other INCOTERM
is acceptable.

[3] Delivery : At the earliest.

[4] Please specify the Mill Name, website address of the mill and country of origin for
the offered pipes.

[5] Supplier offer must accompany ACTUAL OR sample Material Test Certificate [ MTC
] conforming to all the requirements specified in the Request for Quotation [ RFQ ] AND
duly attested by supplier quality engineer mentioning “MTC verified and conforms to the
RFQ requirement”. Offer shall be rejected If this is not done.
[6] Do not unnecessarily waste energy of both the sides If you do not deal in the
requested Item as It do not make any business sense. Unsolicited offers for items other
than RFQ items is a strict “NO”.

[7] supplier to submit the following documents.

[7.1] ISO and other certificates that supplier has

[7.2] Supplier Quality management system documents

[8] Third Party Inspection [ TPI ] : Supplier need to quote for TPI charges separately as
an optional item with the Name of the TPI agency and its scope of work.

[9] Language for business shall be ENGLISH only.
