I am also following Physics and Mathematics. I am getting results .

I am again saying please calculate and

say.

I am having my formula .

Diameter of the flywheel X Weight of the flywheel X Gravity X Efficiency ( flywheel + PMG + transformer
) = Kw generated ( Torque)

Here :- Diameter is 2.5 meters X Weight is 12 tons X Gravity 9.81 X Efficiency 92% = 270 KW generated
per hour

Point (1) 12 tons weight or 12000 Kilograms in weight of flywheel

Point (2) 2.5 meters in Diameter of the flywheel 99 inches ( the round shaped wheel )

Point (3) Rotations of the flywheel 1800 rotations per every minute

Point (4) Torque generated is :- 40000 NM or 4078.86 KG meter or 0.4 bar

Now coming to Motor capacity :--

60 KW AC motor 1800 RPM

Finally the 250 KW PMG details.

Point (1) The Diameter of the permanent magnet generator is 18 inches

Point (2) The RPM of the Generator is 600 rotations

Point (3) The Weight of the PMG Rotor is 450 Kilograms.

Point (4) The torque of the 250 KW 600 RPM Generator is 3979 NM or 406 KG meter or 0.03 Bar .

Please, a humble request never follow blindly any Law .

Please answer my question :

WILL a 12000 Kilogram, 2.5 meters in diameter and 1800 Rotations per minute ( ROTATE ) just 450
Kilogram, 0.45 meters in Diameter PMG rotor and Rotate at 600 Rotations per minute.
Flywheel torque is 40000 NM and PMG torque is 3979 NM

Flywheel rpm is 1800 and PMG rpm is 600

Flywheel weight 12000 KG and PMG 450 KG

Flywheel Diameter 2.5 m and PMG 0.45 m

With 40000 NM we can generate with 600 RPM 2513 KW but we are taking just 250 KW

Do you really Understand my question , a Humble Request.

Subject: 20 KW power plant requirement and design

First the system has to be designed :- system requirements

(1) 14 Kw Dc Motor rotating at 2800 RPM

(2) one 2 diameter flywheel , 3400 kilograms in weight , rotated at 1800 RPM

(3) one gear box 6:1 ratio

(4) One 20 KW permanent magnet generator, rotated at 250 RPM

(5) One UPS of 20 KW, three phase with 440 voltage.

(6) High speed charging batteries acting for storage and distribution.
The system is made in Back to Back system, the generated electricity is made to stored in the batteries
and used for rotating the Flywheel and power is generated.

First the 14 KW DC motor is rotated at 2800 RPM and 47.74 amps by the Electricity stored in the
Batteries and the Flywheel is rotated for max 3 minutes and in this process consume 1 KW max ( if 14
kilowatts are consumed in 60 minutes then in 3 minutes how much electricity is consumed )

The flywheel is rotated at 1800 RPM and the shaft diameter is 8 inches the torque 8840 NM is
transferred into the speed reduction gearbox and the shaft connected to the 20 KW alternator is rotated
at 250 RPM and the alternator torque is 777 NM, there by the remaining torque available to the
alternator is 8063 NM is always active on the load applied on the alternator when generating electricity.

The generated electricity is connected to the Mains as it is 3 phase and 440 voltage.

From the mains once again the output current is supplied back to the Batteries connecting to the UPS.

Every hour 20 KW is generated.

Motor consumption is 14 KW and remaining electricity is 6 KW and six KW is stored inside the battery
every hour.

Every day 144 KW is stored and can be used when ever required.

Please understand this important point:-

If the flywheel is rotated with the supply of electricity coming from the UPS for just 3 minutes max then
the electricity generated will be free because we can disconnect the UPS supply and the flywheel will
rotate on its own for more than 60 minutes and free electricity is generated.
If the system is made available to every Home then every home will get enough green electricity to run
every thing needed for human survival like cooking with electrical gadgets and eliminating gas, charging
vehicles and eliminating diesel , petrol and gas, Heating homes in winter etc is made easy with the
generated electricity.

Every house when adopting this technology will have there own electricity and can forget the grid
connection.

Torque calculations for flywheel applications for power generation .Flywheel RPM 120 and alternator
600 RPM

For 1 MW generation

I have taken hydro power generation formula and innovated this technology.

In hydro power generation

(1) Head

(2) flow

(3) gravity

(4) efficiency

These 4 parameters is a must for rotating the generator at the required RPM
There for In my Innovation

Head is the total diameter of the flywheel

Flow is the total weight of the flywheel

RPM is the total velocity to rotate the flywheel

The flywheel is connected to a speed increasing gearbox 1:5.5 ratio

3.7 meters dia flywheel is required ( 3.7 meter is the height of flywheel this is acting a constant Head on
generator )

flywheel 48 tons constant weight is must, ( 48000 liters per second of water acting as water flow in
hydro turbines )

Torque of the flywheel to generate electricity

torque of 1000 KW PMG rotated at 600 RPM 15914.67 NM this is constant.

3.7 meter diameter flywheel with 120 RPM ( 120 RPM is the speed of the water to rotate the generator )

120 RPM then the torque is 18470.4 NM which is more than the torque of the 600 RPM 1000 KW PMG
alternator having 15914.67 NM

So we are taking a total kilogram-force meter 3000 (kgf.m) into the force of the pull push system
applied using Tie rod classic cylinder design, which include pumps, valves and motors is the requirement
the entire set.
Pull push system - speed increasing gear box - alternator is the line diagram.

Here the 1000 KW or 1 MW PMG Alternator is connected to the pull push system and rotated silently no
requirement of fossil fuels, nuclear, hydro, solar, wind etc.

300 KW per hour is the Input power required to get 3000 kilogram-force meter.

700 KW per hour is the total power as useful for daily needs
