7. You must complete each task on your own and you are encouraged to conduct your own report based
on class exercises, hand-outs, notes and external sources as a support tool.
8. If you are unsure of any task stated in the assignment, consult your lecturer to seek clarification.
9. Anything that is not your own work must be acknowledged through referencing. Plagiarism would be
dealt with zero tolerance and you would fail the assessment.
10. “APA” 6th Edition referencing and citation are compulsory.
11. A soft copy of the Final Research Project (Assessment 3) must be submitted on Turnitin on Moodle
and a hard copy must be handed/submitted to the lecturer by Week 13 (Term B), please save your
file as: ID Number/FULL NAME/202/Assessment 1.
12. Be advised that any similarity rate 25% or above will result in zero marks as stipulated above.
13. Your lecturer/tutor may require that you undertake an oral evaluation if there are any concerns about
the originality/authenticity of your work.
14. Late submissions may be accepted with a deduction of 10% for up to 5 days from due date.

Please note: This proposal will form the base of Assessment 3 in this module. Identify a current /
existing training need which may also be universal across other organisations in the Health Services /
Health Care industry in New Zealand. The training need / issue may have or cause several related
effects resulting in a negative customer experience of the service.
This module enables a demonstration of knowledge and understanding to formulate and design a
training course based on an analysed training need (issue) identification. Following this in
Assessment 3, you will be required to design a complete training program aimed at generating
solutions for this training need / issue or opportunity identified in this assessment.
