Subjective pronouns are the words in a phrase that refer to the person who
performs the action of the verb. In Spanish, they are words like "I", "you",
"she", etc. In the sentence "he eats soup", "he" is the subject.
In several ways the subjective pronouns of English are simpler. With the
exception of him (she) and she (her), they are not changed by gender. For
example, they refer to "they" and "they", they were a "we" and "we".
English also has no equivalent to the formal and plural of the second person.
This means that "you", "you", "you", "you" and "you" are all equivalent to
the word you in English. Sometimes you can say you all, y'all or you guys for
the plural, but they are colloquialisms that can be interpreted as something
vulgar, informal or simply funny.
Another difference that English has is that it has a neutral subjective
pronoun for the third-person in the singular. It is translated as "he" and "she"
for nouns that are not people or animals, or that is, nouns that do not have a
grammatical gender. Also, it can be translated as "that", "this" and "that" but
those cases are more rare. For the majority, Spanish omits the pronoun in
cases where it would be used in English. But he always requires a subject to
be included in a sentence. For example, "works" may be a complete
sentence in Spanish, but functions is not correct in English. You have to say
it functions.

Pronombres subjetivos son las palabras en una frase que refieren a la persona
que realiza la acción del verbo. En español, son palabras como “yo”, “tú”, “ella”,
etc. En la oración “él come sopa”, “él” es el sujeto.
De varias formas los pronombres subjetivos de inglés son más simples. Con la
excepción de he (él) y she (ella), no se cambian por el género. Por
ejemplo they refiere a “ellos” y “ellas”, werefiere a “nosotros” y “nosotras”.
El inglés tampoco tiene equivalente al formal y al plural de la segunda persona.
Esto significa que “tú”, “usted”, “vosotros”, “vosotras” y “ustedes” son todos
equivalente a la palabra you en inglés. A veces se puede decir you all, y'all or you
guys para el plural, pero son coloquialismos que pueden ser interpretados como
algo vulgar, informal o simplemente gracioso.
functions.

I I am ill.
yo Yo estoy enfermo.
you You are tall.
tú, usted Tú eres alto. / Usted es alto.
he He is handsome.
él Él es guapo
she She is pretty.
ella Ella es guapa.
it It is cold today.
ello (neutro) Hoy hace frío.
we We are tired.
nosotros Nosotros estamos cansados.
you You are angry.
vosotros, ustedes Vosotros estáis enfadados. / Ustedes
están enfadados.
they They are at the cinema.
ellos, ellas Ellos están en el cine.
