Aarohan Poornima will:
• Act as a platform for enthusiastic members of Poornima Family to
develop leadership, team working & real time problem solving
abilities.
• Inculcate the belongingness towards respective team, department
& Institution as a whole.
• Be an opportunity to connect with parents, alumni, Industrialists
and many more renowned members of society.
• Give an opportunity to talented amateurs or unknown performers
to showcase their talent.
• Stand as benchmark for other similar fests not only in Rajasthan
but the whole country.

Points to Ponder…
• No attendance will be calculated during Aarohan Poornima 2016
• Participation Allowed (per student): 3 (Individual)
• Participation in at least 01 Technical event is compulsory to enroll in any
other event.
• CPMG Student Coordinators & Volunteers will not allowed to participate in
any event of Aarohan Poornima 2016.
• Event Coordinators & Volunteers can take part in 3 events (1 technical is
compulsory) except their own event
• Participation in team events will be over and above keeping intact the
above considerations.
• Judges/ Referee/ Group Advisor’s/Event Advisor’s decision will be final &
binding.
• Participants have to follow the rules & regulations that are decided for the
event.
• Participants will have to maintain the dignity of event as well as institution.
• Carrying SID Card throughout the Fest is compulsory for faculties and
students.
• During Aarohan Poornima 2016 all the Advisors & Faculty members will not
be allowed to take leave. For emergency condition permission will be
granted only by Director, PF.
