It is to mandate from the court that a specific third party individual must be

summoned to present specific documentation for the case as evidence.

like opinions of the court and despositions.

To check the background of new clients as to prevent conflict of interest from

occuring, organizing case files in relative worth, background history of clients or
organizations for relative worth, entering dates for a tickler system/google
calander, preparing the court documents, recording time changes for interviews or
for a visualized history of the case, and drafting bills for the client.

The ISSUE of the case for the client, the RULE and how it applies to our client,
the ANALYSIS of the law and how it will affect the outcome, and the CONCLUSION for
our clients case.
