Since Feb 2011 –2013 I am working as a Store Manager & Assistant Designer at Ammar Belal
Design Emporium.
March 2007-Feb 2010 I have been worked with multinational brands store as a Assistant Marketing
Manager.
My Core duties are:
❖ Leads the marketing development effort to bring new products from concept through commercialization
including market exit.
❖ Actively participates in assigned project teams and guide team of 1Brand Managers, 1 Associate Brand
Manager, and 1 Marketing Specialist.
❖ Considered a product category expert spanning market strategy and tactics, product development &
innovation trends, and global market trends. Maintains expertise by staying current in published information,
regional market contacts, and surgeon interaction, conference and industry educational meetings. Leads
market research initiatives with surgeon customers and regional business partners to develop and drive
market strategies.
❖ Leads and conducts market segmentation analysis, develops and/or utilizes business analytic tools to refine
targeting strategy.
❖ Works across multiple internal and external groups such as sales, R&D, clinical, regulatory, and quality on a
wide variety of cross-functional projects related to product design, packaging and labelling, regulatory
claims, surgical technique generation, advertising, sales tactics and promotions etc.
❖ Helps set direction and strategy for and participates in conventions and professional exhibitions to promote
company messaging and identify product requirements and new market opportunities.
❖ Develops and maintains product line technical expertise and contacts with key surgeons and customers of
product by observing surgery, attending medical/scientific meetings, presentations, and seminars while
gathering competitive information. Attains clinical proficiency to maintain strong working relationships with
surgeon customers.
❖ Develops and manages assigned budgets for administration and marketing activities of the products that are
assigned to this responsibility. Analyses budget variances and recommends corrective actions
❖ Develops positioning for all assigned products via thorough competitive analysis, market trends, etc
❖ Guide Marketing Communications and Regional Marketing in the development of comprehensive global
branding, positioning and promotional materials (surgical techniques, product brochure, product catalogue,
graphics, etc.)
❖ Work to develop Anterior Cervical brand team through regular one on one mentoring of brand management
direct reports, as well as proper coaching, and mentoring. Work with Director of Marketing to set clear goals
and objectives for Anterior Cervical Marketing team consistent with direction of broader Cervical / Biologics
marketing group.
