Dear Madam,

It is important that we enhance the skills and gain more knowledge for teachers as the
growth of the K- 12 curriculums. In line with this, I am proposing to have an INSET
training and seminars for teachers.

This will help enhance their skills as a senior high school teacher and gain more
knowledge on how to meet the learning needs of the students. The proposed trainings
and seminars are not only for the benefit of the teachers but also the learners.

The training/seminar will be a 3 day seminar workshop. It will be held at College of

Subic Montessori Subic Bay, Inc with at least 25 participants. This training will include
lunch and snack for the participants. Participants will be CSM faculty and staff.

A proposed budget for snacks and lunch will be 150 pesos per head.
