If you don't fancy downloading yourself a quick and dirty option file patch - or worse, you're unable to because you play on Xbox One
- then your next best bet for setting PES 2017 up like a fully licensed game is to dive into the built-in editor and change those names
around yourself.

It can be somewhat arduous - some players online have claimed that changing everything in-game, including customising all kits,
stadia, leagues and so on, can take up to 40 hours - however doing just the team names is relatively easy, and worth it, if Man Red
taking on London FC is the sort of thing that'll ruin your experience.

Which leagues have official licenses in PES 2017?

Forunately, this year's Pro Evo does have a collection of strong licenses, with a handful of relatively well-known leagues fully realised
in-game. Here's a list of the leagues (and some particularly standout teams) that you won't need to edit:

 Ligue 1
 Ligue 2
 Eredivisie
 Serie A - aside from Juventus, Sassuolo, and the league's own official name.
 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A
 Primera División of Chile
 Argentine Primera División
 AFC Champions League
Note that Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich aren't represented in the game at all, with the only German top flight teams available
being the official versions of Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen and Schalke, which are listed under "Other European Teams".

The downside, again, is that replacing each team name, tournament, kit colour and more can take tens of hours to completely do for
everything in the game. To help you out somewhat, we've compiled a table with all of the teams and their corresponding real-world
names, so you'll at least know what's going on when PM Black White knock Bresigne out of the Champions League.

Note that in the lists below teams which PES 2017 already has the license for, such as Liverpool and most of the Italian Serie A,
have been excluded - worry not Merseryside Red fans!
