As a school still in its infancy, our personnel priority is to acquire the highest quality teaching
professionals in our area. We were excited to see that Brooke Belfield was interested in
continuing her teaching career at NEXT High School. She has proven to be the response that
we were hoping for – teaching professional and consummate builder.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brooke since the summer of 2016. During this time,
Brooke has displayed a masterful capacity for classroom instruction as well as school systems
and programming. She has planned and executed several dynamic learning opportunities for
our students i.e. Poetry Out Loud National Recitation Contest, visiting authors, a school-wide
reading initiative, etc. She has taken an active role in creating and monitoring behavioral data
systems to further promote positive communications amongst our teachers and students. All
the while, Brooke maintains an exceptional classroom learning environment and student
rapport.

Brooke’s aspirations, as we have discussed, are leading her into school administration. Without
a doubt, I believe that she has all the intangibles of a school leader. Her insatiable desire to
learn and achieve make her an invaluable asset to any institution. Beyond all of her skills and
talents, she is a professional of compassionate character. Any institution that desires to partner
with Brooke Belfield has made an unregrettable decision.
