It is stated that as OGDCL announced the assistant engineer Job Electrical/Mechanical on

31/10/2017 and some of candidates applied but they have no NOC and they have applied through
their internships certificate (not proper channel) but they are working in PPL They are from
Dera Bugti District Balochistan In 2016 PPL inducted 10 engineers in September and they are
from 10 of them Its our request to clear their NOC from the concern organization or ask them for
