LEARNING OBJECTIVES : By the end of the lesson, the pupils will be able to:
Read a paragraph on how to be healthy with correct pronunciation and stress.

i. PRE-LESSON : PRE-LESSON TASK 8: PREDICT THE CONTENT
ii. LESSON DEVELOPMENT : 1. Teacher reads a paragraph on how to be healthy (textbook, page 14).
2. Teacher highlights a few phrases such as ‘drink plenty of water’, ‘eat a lot of fruits
and vegetables’ and ‘exercise in the park’ based on the paragraph.
3. Pupils read the paragraph paying attention to correct pronunciation, stress an
intonation.
4. Teacher corrects pupils’ mispronunciation and stress.
5. Teacher extracts the main points and do mind map on whiteboard.
6. Pupils copy down the mind map in exercise book.
