On L5 Novemberthe Government announced the preferred route

for the proposed High Speed Two (H52) railway from Crewe to
Manchester and West Midlands to Leeds - known as Phase 2b.
As part of this announcement, the Government launched two
consultations on:
' the seven substantial changes being proposed to the route; and
, the property compensation and assistance schemes being
proposed for people affected by the plans.

The consultations will run until 9 March 20L7.

This leaflet provides details of the information events we
are holding along the whole Phase 2b route to support these
consultations - see the table overleaffor a full list of the dates,
times and locations of the information events.
