Since it is a Tiffin Service people order for Tiffins as an alternative to home food.
So, we will be focusing PAU & GADVASU, Civil Lines & Ghumar Mandi, nearby Boys PG
and expand gradually in other directions.
6. Explained how you arrived at your business idea.
With the help of marketing in rural and urban area about dairy products, I will decide to
manufacturing of good quality dairy products. Quality seed is one of the most important
inputs for enhancing crop yield.

Many students & employees/employers are staying in PG & most of them are not
provided with food or healthy & hygienic food.
7. Explain what makes you believe it will succeed?
Because we learned about the significance of identifying a need, a demand in
society that successful entrepreneurs seek to satisfy through their products and
services.
 Less investment but good return
 Profitable business
 Full dedication will also make it successful

aimed at.
Our customer need fresh & hygiene food, because they love to stay healthy & fit.
Our customer doesn’t want to get late in office because of lunch box. We’ll provide them
tiffin service on time. Our customer doesn’t want to stay hungry all day long, because we
are there for them.

To reach more and more customers.

To cover all area of Ludhiana.
To open more franchises.
10.What experience and skill do you have that are relevant to this venture?
Communication Skill for conveying the message to our customers. As Sanjay is
working past 8 years he knows about the customers need so we’ll reach to our
customers easily. And now learning more deeper management skills in MBA under
guidance of Prof: Parvinder Singh.

Providing Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) to PGs and Corporate Offices.
13.How is your product/service different from those already in the market?
We are offering better quality with ‘Ghar ka Khana’ which is missed by the
people who are staying far from home. We make them feel happy & healthy at very
convenient charges. And we also focusing on reduce food waste and ask the customer to
do some charity by sharing food to orphanage or needy people.
14.Will you be providing any warranties/guarantees or after sales service?

15. Are there any possibilities of developing new products or services
complementary to the ones described above.
You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By
the time you get it built, they'll want something new. So, we’ll change our menu time to
time. After running successfully tiffin service, we’ll open more franchises to other cities.
And we also build an Application to order food.
