PARTY FIRST (I).
FIRST PARTY has agreed to rent their Store House to;

As a lessee and hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTY (II)
Both parties have agreed to sign the Letter of Rental Agreement Store House / Building of the
first party with the provisions set forth in the following articles:

ARTICLE I

FIRST PARTY is able to rent Store House / his building located on Jalan Raya Lang Sesat to the
SECOND PARTY with the rental price of Rp. 20.000.000, - (Twenty Million Rupiah) every year
with building size 5 M x 13 M.

ARTICLE II

SECOND PARTY able to pay rent Store House / Building owned by FIRST PARTY for
Rp. 20.000.000, - (Twenty Million Rupiah) for 1 (one) Year with building area of 5 M x 13 M

ARTICLE III

SECOND PARTY will change the form of rooms in Store House / Building with the total cost
becomes the responsibility of SECOND PARTY including the installation of air conditioning and
the addition of electric power.

ARTICLE IV

FIRST PARTY entitles the SECOND PARTY to extend the lease of the building in the next few years
the rental price will be discussed by deliberation between the parties.

Thus Letter of Rental Rent Agreement we make in duplicate 2 (two) enough stamped and the
same power of law.
