• No prorating options for part time attendance.
• A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Do you have a child that is too little or cannot swim just
yet? Don’t worry the City of Boulder administers swim testing on a
daily basis. If a child does not pass the swim test, or does not want to
take the swim test all of our pools/reservoir have a shallow area they
can have fun in! Goats & Gardens, Water Sports and all of the Kidz
Kamps will swim everyday at their respected pool/reservoir.

• Children must be 5 years old by the first day they are attending
camp. The City of Boulder’s in-house camps (non-asterisk
marked camps) are Licensed by the State of Colorado. Our
license does not allow us to accept children under the age of 5.
• Waitlists are taken for filled camps. We will call you if a spot
becomes available.
• For registrations in which you have a discount or questions, call

• We have updated our financial aid program. For information,

As a condition of use of any City of Boulder Parks and Recreation facility or
participation in any program, sports league, class, recreation or fitness activity, you
agree to assume all risks and hazards of engaging in or spectating at any city activity
or facility, including assuming all risks for personal injury, death and property
damage. You further agree to hold harmless the City of Boulder, its staff, instructors,
volunteers, officials, sponsors, partners or representatives from liability for any losses,
damages or injuries that may occur in any way as a result of these activities or facility
uses – regardless of cause.
You further certify that you are properly prepared to engage in any activities you
have selected and that you have recently consulted a physician to establish that it is
safe and appropriate for you to engage in these activities.

• Create your account or input your login ID and password if you
already have an account. Forgot your login? Call the registration
help line at 303-413-7270, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
• Search for desired class or enter class code or visit our partner
website if you see an * in place of the code.
Participants (or the parents/guardians of minor children) may also be required to
complete a medical health history and/or sign an additional waiver of liability prior
to participation in any programs or classes. Anyone recovering from an injury or
illness must first discuss their return to physical activity with their physician and
Parks and Recreation instructor prior to enrolling/participating.
Therefore, having read and understood this waiver and in consideration of your
accepting my entry into a City of Boulder recreation facility or program, I, for myself
and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the City of Boulder, all
staff, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives from all claims or liabilities of any
kind arising out of my participation in (or as a spectator of) any program or use of

Explore the wonders of Growing Gardens Children’s
Peace Garden, get to know the goats at Mountain
Flower Goat Dairy and finish off the day by
swimming at the North Boulder Recreation Center.
In the Children’s Peace Garden, we will investigate
the secret world of insects, create art from nature
and explore the wondrous plants while making new
friends. We’ll grow and taste from the famous salsa
garden and cook pizza using the power of the sun. At Mountain Flower
Goat Dairy, we will spend time getting to know the goats and guardian
llama. Campers will learn to walk the goats on leashes, feed the babies,
make cheese, milk a goat, and explore small-scale farming practices, all
the while learning livestock management and the nutrient cycle.

Come join us for a unique liquid adventure this summer at our Water
Sports Camp! Experience a variety of activities while exploring the
700-acre Boulder Reservoir. Activities include stand up paddle boarding,
multi-craft water sports activities and how to safely enjoy the world
of water. Campers will also enjoy playing group games, snacking and
doing crafts between their nautical adventures. New this year, extended
hours and 3 weeks of 5 day a week camps!

The CIT’s will go through a variety of trainings to build skills that

and offer a meaningful opportunity to assist children in a camp

environment. At the end of the summer we want our CIT’s to feel

prepared and confident for future work experiences, and allow them
to be effective role models in our camp community!
The program is broken into two 5-week sessions, CIT’s can choose to
register for one or both sessions. (Payment plans are available.)
We encourage all CIT’s to take complete responsibility for this
process themselves, by calling with questions regarding the program,
completing the application on their own and taking full initiative in
this process.

The Junior Golf Summer Camp offers the chance for
juniors to fully immerse themselves in the game or hone the skills that
they already possess. With instruction from the Assistant Professional,
David Talaba, and PGA Apprentice, Breighton Bardezbanian, the
juniors will be guided through all aspects of the game including:
fundamentals, course management, rules and etiquette, putting,
chipping, pitching, iron swing, and driver swing. At the end of each
session every junior will receive personal drills for them to take home

“sandbox;” this is the safe space for kids to learn and
discover the most through play. It’s about the process, not
the result. Themed classes and camps explore imaginative
worlds that kids already know and love, such as Star Wars or
Minecraft.
The Core Engineering curriculum is Intro to STEM and
STEM Challenge. These programs are broad in
theme and draw upon the greatest variety of possible projects.
Returning students will be given new building challenges. Our
Advanced Engineering programs are designed for experienced
students. Themed classes and camps incorporate many
engineering concepts, and have no prerequisites.
Camps are held at the Valmont Farm House, 3160 Airport Rd.
based camp, designed by Play-Well instructors, combines the basic
format of our core engineering-themed programs based on the world
of Minecraft. Students will explore real-world concepts in physics,
engineering, and architecture while building their favorite Minecraft

OAC is a camp specifically for children with mental health
diagnoses/affective needs. This camp offers a variety of fun and
challenging recreational adventures and a focus on outdoor activities
